Strides for Health runs to Allegan...

The Strides for Health 5K Run/Walk in Allegan is Saturday, Aug. 23.

This is the second year for Strides for Health. New to the event this year is a team division. Teams must consist of at least five runners and cross-country scoring will be used to determine places. There is an extra $20 entry fee for a team.
